This Privacy Policy describes how ideePro ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, protects, and discloses information when you download, install, and use the Video - Motion Tracker mobile application (the "App", Package: com.ideepro.motiontracker) available on the Google Play Store.

We hold your personal privacy in the highest regard. Our core product philosophy is straightforward: your videos belong to you and only you. The App does not require user account registration, does not require login credentials, and does not upload your personal media files to any remote server or cloud infrastructure.

2. 100% On-Device Video Processing

When you select a video for motion tracking within the App:

• The video frames are decoded locally using Android's native MediaExtractor and MediaCodec pipelines.
• The optical motion tracking algorithm analyzes pixel movements directly on your device CPU/GPU.
• Dynamic auto-fill scaling, boundary clamping, and real-time previews are rendered on-device via native OpenGL ES surfaces.
• Exported videos are multiplexed locally using MediaMuxer and written directly to your device storage.

At no time are your video files, audio tracks, thumbnail frames, or extracted metadata transmitted, stored, or analyzed on our or any third-party external servers.

3. Storage Access & Android Photo Picker

In full compliance with Google Play's User Data & Storage Access policies:

• Zero Broad Storage Permissions: The App does not declare or request invasive broad storage permissions such as READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, or READ_MEDIA_VIDEO.
• System Photo Picker Integration: The App uses the privacy-preserving Android system Photo Picker (ActivityResultContracts.PickVisualMedia). This guarantees that the App is only granted read access to the individual video file that you explicitly choose.
• Saving Exported Videos: When you choose to export your tracked video, it is saved into standard public media directories (such as Movies/MotionTracker) using Android's standard MediaStore API without requiring persistent device-wide storage permissions.

4. Advertising & Google AdMob Disclosures

To support the continuous development and free availability of the App, we display third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK).

To comply with Google Play requirements for Android 13 (API 33) and above, the App declares the standard advertising permission in its manifest:

Google AdMob may collect and process certain non-personally identifiable diagnostic information and device identifiers to serve advertisements, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance. This may include:

• Device Information: Device model, manufacturer, operating system version, screen resolution, and language settings.
• Coarse Location & Network Info: General geographic location (derived from IP address) and mobile carrier/connection type.

5. Google Play In-App Updates

The App incorporates the official Google Play In-App Update API (com.google.android.play:app-update). This library checks with Google Play Services to notify you when an updated version of the App is published on the Play Store, ensuring you have the latest performance enhancements and security fixes.

This interaction is handled directly between your device and Google Play Services without routing any diagnostic or personal information to our servers.

Since we do not operate user accounts or maintain external servers that store user media, we retain zero personal user data or video content. Temporary frame buffers created during video processing reside solely in volatile device memory and are automatically cleared as soon as the video session finishes or the application closes.

We employ standard Android security best practices, including scoped storage compliance and strict sandbox execution, ensuring that other applications cannot read your in-progress video frames.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

The App is designed for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children.

If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take immediate steps to remove such information.

9. Your Privacy Rights & Ad Personalization Opt-Out

You have total control over your advertising identifier on your Android device. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertisements at any time:
